The chronological second album by Audience and the second remastered release from Esoteric Recordings !! yes it is with bonus tracks and a reneved booklet ! Bonus tracks here really are interesting !! You get a real treat by way of a single B-side "The Big Spell" and almost every track, bar two tracks, from mentioned album, 1971 remixes, no less than 6 tracks!!
This time they have stepped the use of sax and woodwinds up a bit, just as Howard Werth also uses banjo this time, still its that unmistakable Audience sound! It is a great follow up to their debut and most certainly worth your time and money.
For old school geezers like me and 70´collectors, it is a must have and for newcomers with an open mind, give them a chance you might be pleasantly surprised!
Frontman Werth is a lot stronger, more confident on lead vocals here, he even sounds like Roy Wood (Move & ELO) on one or two occations.
Now go get it before your friends, their friends and...well you get the picture!!
