Finally I got around to see this magic live show from the ever excellent RPWL, a dear friend and I sat down with a few cold beers and watched this fabulous show, with superb light effects, visionary great gimmicks, theatrics and superb music, perfectly delivered by this great band! Frontman and lead singer Yogi Lang, has a strong presence, a great voice and the theatrics (a la one peter Gabriel- Genesis period) to hypnotize you all the way!! This band has a certain magic on stage and they are every bit as good live as they are in the studio with the important plus of said frontman and the many interesting stage gimmicks in the form of special screens, shadow-puppeterring , the many masques of Lang following the characters (The Keeper/The Blind/The Ugly etc.) of the songs. Mind you the masking/disguises of Lang are not on the league of movie special effects, but just enough to give the right image and at that same time being believable . I have always enjoyed RPWL I think they are superb and their albums keep getting better and better by every new release. I got all their albums and they get to be heard ever so often and this visual music live performance will most certainly also get quite a few visits!!
A blend of Genesis and mid period Pink Floyd plus a good measure of originally beautiful compositions of their own, that's what you get (and then some) when you purchase (and you should) this fine release !! Wonderful stuff for your eyes and ears !!
Special mention also to brilliant "all over the place" guitarist: Kalle Wallner.

This dvd comes with bonus material like: Interview with Lang & Wallner / Band Commentary / Photo Gallery / Discography.
