This little gem from 1981 has been revived by Black Widow, by time measure this should be called an EP, however in those days albums were shorter, even though this much be one of the shortest, period wise !! First track is a no nonsense rock track with punk tendencies and it really threw me off and not in a good way mind you, I thought it feeble and rather redundant ! The rest of this release are on a whole nother scale, music style wise and overall! It is very intriguing and at places brilliant with its dominating keyboards, cinematic and ambient feel . While I hated the first track I was brilliantly entertained by the rest of this EP. A fine little gem that I didn't know the existence of were it not for Black Widow!! I still don't know who Doris Norton is, since the lavish booklet only displays pictures from a time lost, but this release shows that she certainly had some original musical ideas (track 2 to track 8) worth checking out for every keyboard, ambient and electronic freak!! Low on quantity- high on quality !!
