Steve Thorne hails from UK, he is a singer, songwriter and multi instrumentalist, with several great solo albums to his name, this his latest (2016) really got under my skin, truth be told so did some of his earlier stuff, but this outing have something special !

Let alone that this album is filled with great music, well composed, delivered and superbly produced! Steve´s soothing voice caresses your ears and musical soul with every tune, this is melodic prog and /or art-rock as I like it (no filler) ..everything seem to be in the right place, at the right time.

I love the thought that Steve dares to create such a fine album in 2016, with hints to the golden days of great pop, prog and art-rock! My mind kept thinking of the late 60´& 70´, yes I kid you not...while listening to the beauty of this release...hints of these names kept surfacing: Beatles/ Pilot/ Crowded House and bits of Alan Parsons Project in their softer mode!

You might hear something else, dear reader..but truth is, that this is a wonderful album filled to the brim with beautiful tunes! Yes here it comes..this album is going into my private collection, that is when I am finished listening to this gem!

My replay button already have red "ears". Steve Thorne deserves your attention, no matter if you have heard his former works or new to his music!

This is a near perfect album for everyone into great melodic pop - prog - singer/songwriter stuff!!

Every instrument, every vocal and harmony are just spot on!

Thorne have invited musical friends: Nick D´virgilio / Tony Levin / Robin Armstrong..to name a few!

It really has been a long time since I have enjoyed an album this much and mind you it still sits in my cd player!!

Now, I am getting a cold beer and then turn up the volume..push replay!!

You must hear this album !!
