This Italian sextet (with guest´s) delivers the goods here, not so much in the traditional Italian prog style we have come to know and love through the early years, but rather a more rockier side as to some of the later prog segments of these years and with hints to the 70´ progrock style of say Uriah Heep and even Deep Purple!! As we are (luckily) treated to Hammond organ, omnipresent lead guitars and of course the language we love (well I do) in this case of course Italian ! These 6 fine musicians make good throughout the album and I have heard it quite a few times now and the returns brings added joy to the listening pleasure. This album comes with a fine booklet, sadly ...even though I like the language, I dont understand any Italian words..bar a few of course!
For me the shining stars here are the brilliant guitarwork (check out the soli) and especially the keyboards of Simone Piccolini which is brilliant throughout!! OH and yes, there are ballads as well as progrock on this outing!
On the cover-art I can say: its not the best I have seen, nor the worst !!
